Ready in 10 min
- 0.5 oz Miso crystals (¼ cup packed)
- ½ cup (4oz) unsalted butter of choice*
- 0.5 oz each strawberry and apple crystals
- In a pan, gently melt butter over low heat.
- Stir in miso crystals. Divide in half.
- Mix strawberry crystals into one half and apple crystals into the other.
- Serve on a warm English muffin. Goes great with green tea!
*We are using vegan butter for this recipe. Please be aware of the ingredients listed if using butter replacement.
Notes: I think this would be great as an ice cream!
