Try JustOne Organics® completely risk-free! We believe strongly in the value of our food and take full responsibility for your satisfaction. If you don’t absolutely love this food for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund*.  No questions asked!

Just let us know within 30 Days of receiving your delivery. This is the time frame when our no questions asked full refund policy is available to you. This full refund policy is meant to support your satisfaction with our food. Your feedback on refunds is important so please give it to us! We’ll also assist you in remembering that you didn’t want the food you returned, so that if you mistakenly order it again we can remind you of your previous dissatisfaction with that food so we don’t mistakenly refund you the same food more than once : )**

Simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Tell us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open bags you’ll be returning. This offer is limited to 1 bag of each food, whether it is opened or not. 
  2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
  3. Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
  4. Refunds are typically initiated within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving your package. .

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?

We realize that you might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.

* Full refund means the total amount you paid on the order including: price of product + shipping, handling + sales tax. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping. 

** All customers are entitled to a maximum of one refund only per food type.
