Broccoli Hummus

Ready in 10 minutes

Serves 2


  • 11g Broccoli Crystals (~ 0.4oz)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup hot water
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Blend everything together. 
  2. Top with cracked pepper, nutritional yeast, or your favorite seeds. 
  3. Enjoy!
