Like velvet cake, for breakfast!
Ingredients
- ½ cup cashew coconut yogurt
- Pinch pink salt
- ½ inch vanilla bean
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- ½ cup soaked pecans
- 17g Beet Crystals (about ¼ cup)
- 1 ½ cups nut mylk
- 1 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
