Like velvet cake, for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashew coconut yogurt
  • Pinch pink salt
  • ½ inch vanilla bean
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • ½ cup soaked pecans
  • 17g Beet Crystals (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 ½ cups nut mylk
  • 1 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
