Berry Parfait

Ingredients
- 14g Mango Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
- 28g Raspberry Crystals (~ 1 oz)
- 14g Blackberry Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
- 3 oz vegan cream cheese
- 1/8 cup nut mylk
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
Preparation
- With a mixer, whip together cream cheese with nut mylk and coconut sugar. Set aside.
- Mix Mango Crystals with 1 tablespoon lime juice and 2 tablespoons water.
- Mix Blackberry Crystals with 3 tablespoons of water and a bit of lime juice.
- Mix Raspberry Crystals with 3 tablespoons water and a splash of lime juice.
- Layer in a tall glass starting with the cream cheese whip.
