Miso Dressing

Serves 4


  • 23g Miso Crystals (~ 0.8 oz)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 6 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 4 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 head read cabbage
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice vinegar to taste
  • Soaked and then toasted sesame seeds for topping. 


  1. Shred the red cabbage and massage it with salt and rice vinegar. Set aside to marinate. 
  2. Whisk Miso Crystals with lime juice, sesame oil, coconut nectar, ground ginger, coconut aminos and tahini. 
  3. Mix into marinated cabbage. 
  4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds or peanuts.
