Mushroom Spinach Pate

Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Spinach Crystals (less than ½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon Miso Crystals
- ½ cup pine nuts, soaked in salt water overnight, then rinsed
- 2 oz portobello mushrooms (2 caps), dehydrated, then marinated in coconut aminos
- ¼ cup water
- ½ lime, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Blend it all together! Enjoy anyway: on toast, in stir-fries, on pasta.
