Mushroom Spinach Pate

Ready in 5 min + prep


  • 0.5 oz Spinach Crystals (less than ½ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Miso Crystals
  • ½ cup pine nuts, soaked in salt water overnight, then rinsed
  • 2 oz portobello mushrooms (2 caps), dehydrated, then marinated in coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Blend it all together! Enjoy anyway: on toast, in stir-fries, on pasta.
