Olive Tapenade

Ready in 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8.5 Olive Crystals (~ 0.3 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 oz cashews, soaked in salt water
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon red peppercorns
  • ¼ cups nut mylk
  • 4 sweet mini bell peppers

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together, leaving some texture. 
  2. Serve!
