Raspberry Beets

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Raspberry Crystals
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 small beets
- pinch sea salt
Preparation
- Pressure cook beet for 15 minutes.
- If present, break up the clumps in the Raspberry Crystals with your fingers.
- Mix Raspberry Crystals with water.
- Add olive oil to the raspberry purée, stir together. Add salt.
- Cube beets and mix with the berry sauce.
