- 28g Aronia Berry Crystals (~ 1 oz)
- 2 cup nuts: cashews and almonds*
- 1 cup nut mylk
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- In a high-speed blender, blend everything into a creamy consistency.
- Pour into molds and freeze.
* Soak nuts in salt water overnight. Take skins off almonds.
