Aronia Ice Cream


  • 28g Aronia Berry Crystals (~ 1 oz) 
  • 2 cup nuts: cashews and almonds*
  • 1 cup nut mylk
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. In a high-speed blender, blend everything into a creamy consistency.
  2. Pour into molds and freeze. 


* Soak nuts in salt water overnight. Take skins off almonds.
