Beet Soup

Ready in 15 minutes

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 22g Beet Crystals (about ½ cup)
  • 20g Carrot Crystals (½ cup)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 large, cooked potato
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ avocado
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Yogurt, sour cream or cheese for topping

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together. 
  2. Warm up and garnish with croutons and dill.
  3. Serve with yogurt, sour cream or cheese.
