Beet Soup
Ready in 15 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 22g Beet Crystals (about ½ cup)
- 20g Carrot Crystals (½ cup)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large, cooked potato
- 2.5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ avocado
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Yogurt, sour cream or cheese for topping
Preparation
- Blend everything together.
- Warm up and garnish with croutons and dill.
- Serve with yogurt, sour cream or cheese.
