Makes four 6-inch tortillas
- 28g Cauliflower Crystals (~ 1oz)
- 3 tablespoons ground chia
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Mix ground chia and yogurt and let sit for a couple of hours.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with some cracked black pepper and bake at 320 degrees F for 15 minutes.
