  • 28g Beet Crystals (about ½ cup)
  • 1 cup nuts, soaked and dehydrated
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest


  1. Pan roast Beet Crystals, stirring constantly, until warm and fragrant.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend nuts into a butter. 
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and pulse until combined. 
  4. Serve as a dip, roll into tortillas, or throw into your granola!
