- 28g Beet Crystals (about ½ cup)
- 1 cup nuts, soaked and dehydrated
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- Pan roast Beet Crystals, stirring constantly, until warm and fragrant.
- In a high-speed blender, blend nuts into a butter.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and pulse until combined.
- Serve as a dip, roll into tortillas, or throw into your granola!
