Makes 1 ¼ cups sauce
- 14g Broccoli Crystals (about ⅓ cup)
- 14g Miso Crystals (about ¼ cup)
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ cup water
- 8 oz tofu of choice
- Salt to taste
- Prepare the sauce by mixing or blending all ingredients together.
- Pan fry tofu, salt, add as little sauce as half or as much as all of it.
- Serve with greens.
Put the left-over sauce in the fridge and use as a dip the next day!
