Broccoli Sauce

Ready in 30 min

Makes 1 ¼ cups sauce


  • 14g Broccoli Crystals (about ⅓ cup)
  • 14g Miso Crystals (about ¼ cup)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 8 oz tofu of choice
  • Salt to taste


  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing or blending all ingredients together. 
  2. Pan fry tofu, salt, add as little sauce as half or as much as all of it. 
  3. Serve with greens. 


Put the left-over sauce in the fridge and use as a dip the next day!
