Carrot Miso Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
- 10g Miso Crystals (~ 0.35 oz)
- 12g Carrot Crystals (about ⅓ cup)
- 3 oz soft vegan cheese
- Veggies, julienned (carrots, bell peppers, red cabbage, broccoli sprouts, etc)
- 3 nori sheets
Preparation
- On a cutting board, cut cheese with miso and carrot crystals together with a knife until uniform.
- Spread a third of cheese on a nori sheet and add veggies.
- Roll together, cut and serve!
