Carrot Miso Cheese Rolls

Makes 3 rolls


  • 10g Miso Crystals (~ 0.35 oz)
  • 12g Carrot Crystals (about ⅓ cup)
  • 3 oz soft vegan cheese
  • Veggies, julienned (carrots, bell peppers, red cabbage, broccoli sprouts, etc)
  • 3 nori sheets


  1. On a cutting board, cut cheese with miso and carrot crystals together with a knife until uniform. 
  2. Spread a third of cheese on a nori sheet and add veggies. 
  3. Roll together, cut and serve!
