Carrot Ginger Soup

Ingredients
- 42g Carrot Crystals (~ 1.5oz)
- 1 tablespoon Mango Crystals
- 1 inch ginger
- ½ can full-fat coconut nut mylk
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pinch cumin
Preparation
- In a blender, cream ginger, Mango Crystals and coconut milk.
- Transfer to a pot and heat on medium heat, adding Carrot Crystals, salt, lemon juice and cumin, for 7 minutes.
- Serve!
