  • 42g Carrot Crystals (~ 1.5oz)
  • 1 tablespoon Mango Crystals
  • 1 inch ginger
  • ½ can full-fat coconut nut mylk
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch cumin


  1. In a blender, cream ginger, Mango Crystals and coconut milk. 
  2. Transfer to a pot and heat on medium heat, adding Carrot Crystals, salt, lemon juice and cumin, for 7 minutes. 
  3. Serve!
