- 14g Cauliflower Crystals (about ½ cup)
- 2 tablespoons Miso Crystals
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1 garlic clove, roasted*
- 3 tablespoons butter, 1.7oz
- Pink salt to taste
- Few teaspoons nut mylk to help blend
- Blend everything together.
- Fry on medium-low on both sides.
- Serve with sour cream or yogurt of choice.
* To roast one garlic clove, you can simply hold it over your gas stove or put it onto the electric burner for a couple of minutes.
