Cauliflower Potato Pancakes

Serves 2


  • 14g Cauliflower Crystals (about ½ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons Miso Crystals
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked
  • 1 garlic clove, roasted*
  • 3 tablespoons butter, 1.7oz
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Few teaspoons nut mylk to help blend


  1. Blend everything together. 
  2. Fry on medium-low on both sides. 
  3. Serve with sour cream or yogurt of choice. 


* To roast one garlic clove, you can simply hold it over your gas stove or put it onto the electric burner for a couple of minutes.
