Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ready in 1.5 hours

Makes 8x8 pan


Bottom Layer:

  • 5 apples, spiralized or sliced
  • 28g Cranberry Crystals (~ 1oz)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 pinches cardamom
  • 2 small plums, cut up

Top Layer:

  • ¾ cup flour blend of choice
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pink salt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cold vegan butter


  1. Core and slice (or spiralize) apples.
  2. Mix with Cranberry Crystals, maple syrup, cardamom, and plums.
  3. In a bowl, or a stand-up mixer, mix together the flour, coconut sugar, salt and oats.
  4. Add cold cubed butter to the mixture and mix until incorporated. 
  5. Put the apple mixture into a 8x8 baking dish and crumble the dough over the top.
  6. Bake at 320 degrees F for 55 min.
