Cranberry Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • 2.5 tablespoons cashew kefir
  • ½ cup Cranberry Crystals
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup oats

Preparation

  1. Mix ground chia with kefir and let sit for a few minutes. 
  2. In a pan, stir together chia mixture, Cranberry Crystals, water, maple syrup and oats. 
  3. Warm up gently with butter or coconut oil for 5-7 minutes, or until oats and soft. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
