Cranberry Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1.5 tablespoons ground chia seeds
- 2.5 tablespoons cashew kefir
- ½ cup Cranberry Crystals
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ cup oats
Preparation
- Mix ground chia with kefir and let sit for a few minutes.
- In a pan, stir together chia mixture, Cranberry Crystals, water, maple syrup and oats.
- Warm up gently with butter or coconut oil for 5-7 minutes, or until oats and soft.
- Serve and enjoy!
