Cranberry Pesto

Ingredients
- 14g Cranberry Crystals (about ½ cup)
- 1 bunch parsley
- ½ cup cashews & almonds (soaked & dehydrated)
- Pinch pink salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons Miso Crystals
Preparation
- Pulse parsley, Cranberry Crystals and nuts in a blender.
- Add a pinch of pink salt, nutritional yeast and Miso Crystals. Pulse.
- Add olive oil and blend together.
