Cranberry Crackers

Ready in 2.5 hours

Makes 1 baking sheet


  • 1 ½ cups flour blend of choice
  • ⅓ cup rice water
  • Pinch pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 14g Cranberry Crystals (about ½ cup)


  1. Mix everything together and chill in the fridge for 2 hours, wrapped.
  2. Roll out a very thin sheet, score into squares, poke holes in with a fork.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 min.
