Cranberry Crackers
Ready in 2.5 hours
Makes 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour blend of choice
- ⅓ cup rice water
- Pinch pink salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 14g Cranberry Crystals (about ½ cup)
Preparation
- Mix everything together and chill in the fridge for 2 hours, wrapped.
- Roll out a very thin sheet, score into squares, poke holes in with a fork.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 min.
