Mango Salsa

  • 21g Mango Crystals (~ 0.75 oz)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, roasted
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri paprika
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 oz cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste


  1. Roast the tomatoes: cut them into eighths, line on a sheet and bake at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. Chop cilantro.
  3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and eat with your favorite chips or crackers.
