Pineapple Rice

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Pineapple Crystals
- 2 sweet small bell peppers
- ½ cup peas, frozen
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- Handful of sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon or more gochujang paste
- Salt to taste
- Coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
- In a skillet, warm up some coconut oil and gochujang paste.
- Add sliced bell peppers, frozen peas and salt. Stir fry for a couple of minutes.
- Mix in rice.
- Add Pineapple Crystals, sauerkraut, coconut aminos and salt. Stir and serve.
