Pineapple Rice

  • ¼ cup Pineapple Crystals
  • 2 sweet small bell peppers
  • ½ cup peas, frozen
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • Handful of sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon or more gochujang paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. In a skillet, warm up some coconut oil and gochujang paste.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers, frozen peas and salt. Stir fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Mix in rice.
  4. Add Pineapple Crystals, sauerkraut, coconut aminos and salt. Stir and serve.
