- 14g Miso Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
- 1 lb sweet potatoes
- 0.5 oz butter (1.5 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Poke whole sweet potatoes with a fork and bake them for about 40 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel and mash the potatoes with butter, maple syrup and miso crystals.
- Serve with lightly steamed dark greens.
