Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Miso

  • 14g Miso Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes
  • 0.5 oz butter (1.5 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar


  1. Poke whole sweet potatoes with a fork and bake them for about 40 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel and mash the potatoes with butter, maple syrup and miso crystals. 
  3. Serve with lightly steamed dark greens.
