Miso Topping

Serves 2


  • 14g Miso Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
  • 1⁄3 cup (2 oz) sesame seeds
  • 1⁄3 cup nut pulp*
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar


  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Take half of the topping and mash in a mortar until smooth.
  3. Mix both parts together & serve with your favorite baked roots!


* If you don’t have any nut pulp on hand (I usually do from making mylk), take a handful of nuts and blend in a blender with a bit of water.
