Ready in 15 min
- 14g Miso Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
- 1⁄3 cup (2 oz) sesame seeds
- 1⁄3 cup nut pulp*
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Take half of the topping and mash in a mortar until smooth.
- Mix both parts together & serve with your favorite baked roots!
* If you don’t have any nut pulp on hand (I usually do from making mylk), take a handful of nuts and blend in a blender with a bit of water.
