Beet Crystal Pate՛
Ready in 15 minutes, including doing dishes
- 2 cups nut mash*
- 1 cup beet crystals
- Juice from 1 small lime
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
- Drizzle of olive oil
- ¼ cup cashew kefir
- Pink salt to taste
- Optional add-ins: cilantro, lentils, cheese, garlic
This one’s super easy: put everything into a blender. Blend. Serve.
* If you make nut mylk at home, use the left-over pulp for this recipe. If not, blend up a cup and a half of pre-soaked nuts. Don’t skip the soaking!
