Goat Mango Ice-cream
Ready in 45 min
Makes about 24 oz of ice cream
Ingredients
- 8 oz plain goat chevre
- 2 cups goat milk
- ½ maple syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 70g Mango crystals (~ 2.5 oz)
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- Dash of pink salt
Preparation
- Whiz everything together in a blender.
- Pour into the ice cream maker, churn about 30 min, or your regular setting.
- Top with beautiful raspberry crystals.
