Goat Mango Ice-cream

Makes about 24 oz of ice cream


  • 8 oz plain goat chevre
  • 2 cups goat milk
  • ½ maple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 70g Mango crystals (~ 2.5 oz)
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • Dash of pink salt


  1. Whiz everything together in a blender.
  2. Pour into the ice cream maker, churn about 30 min, or your regular setting.
  3. Top with beautiful raspberry crystals.
