Kale Pesto

  • 8.5g Kale Crystals (about ¼ cup)
  • 8.5g Miso Crystals (~ 0.3 oz)
  • 1 cups pumpkin seeds, soaked (or sub pumpkin tofu 8oz)
  • 1.5 oz cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic (optional, use for medicine)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast


  1. Blend everything but olive oil together. 
  2. Slowly add the oil and blend. 
  3. Serve with fresh veggies or cooked potatoes, pasta; add into your sandwiches & wraps.
