- 8.5g Kale Crystals (about ¼ cup)
- 8.5g Miso Crystals (~ 0.3 oz)
- 1 cups pumpkin seeds, soaked (or sub pumpkin tofu 8oz)
- 1.5 oz cilantro
- 1 clove garlic (optional, use for medicine)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon pink salt
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Blend everything but olive oil together.
- Slowly add the oil and blend.
- Serve with fresh veggies or cooked potatoes, pasta; add into your sandwiches & wraps.
