Spinach Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Spinach Crystals
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked
- ¾ cup flour blend of choice
- Pink salt to taste
Preparation
- Mash potatoes, add the rest of ingredients.
- Knead until dough forms.
- Make rolls with your hands, cut into pieces.
- Boil in salt water, depending on size, 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with soft cheese of choice.
