Spinach Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Spinach Crystals
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked
  • ¾ cup flour blend of choice
  • Pink salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Mash potatoes, add the rest of ingredients. 
  2. Knead until dough forms. 
  3. Make rolls with your hands, cut into pieces. 
  4. Boil in salt water, depending on size, 3-5 minutes. 
  5. Serve with soft cheese of choice.
