  • 14g Peach Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • ⅓ lemon, juiced


  1. In a pan, mix all ingredients and simmer until thickened, 2-5 minutes, whisking constantly.

Here the glaze is used as a filling for cookies. But it’s so versatile, you can use it for anything - cakes, savory dishes, doughnuts.
