- 28g Miso Crystals (~ 1 oz)
- 3 oz salted butter
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon sunflower lecithin
- Make popcorn your style, enough for 4 people.
- In a pan, soften the butter gently.
- Add Miso Crystals, maple syrup and sunflower lecithin and, using a mixer, blend into a topping.
- Pour on your popcorn, mix.
