Sweet Popcorn

  • 28g Miso Crystals (~ 1 oz)
  • 3 oz salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon sunflower lecithin


  1. Make popcorn your style, enough for 4 people.
  2. In a pan, soften the butter gently.
  3. Add Miso Crystals, maple syrup and sunflower lecithin and, using a mixer, blend into a topping.
  4. Pour on your popcorn, mix.
