Tempeh Rice

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon Gochujang paste 
  • 14g Tempeh Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. In a pan on medium heat, warm up coconut oil and add Gochujang paste, tahini, ginger powder and maple syrup. Stir to mix. 
  2. Add rice, water and Tempeh Crystals. 
  3. Mix well, heat up, and serve!
