Tempeh Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon Gochujang paste
- 14g Tempeh Crystals (~ 0.5 oz)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
- In a pan on medium heat, warm up coconut oil and add Gochujang paste, tahini, ginger powder and maple syrup. Stir to mix.
- Add rice, water and Tempeh Crystals.
- Mix well, heat up, and serve!
